This is my favorite protein bar despite not having a lot of fiber, only 1 gram. Taste, texture, whey protein blend, sweetness, everything has been improved. No artificial coloring that I know of, we get plenty of those elsewhere. You are a legal waffle bar. Not your typical chewy fiber bars. I love all the flavors of this bar, their sweet taste is not wrong and they are quick and easy to eat. However, they do NOT fill you up so you might be tempted to eat another one, but in this case just mix in some protein powder and you're done. They are best used for a late night snack or dessert. And the quality of the whey protein is excellent. It's the same as a smoothie, except with an additional 9g of fat, 4 sugars, and 7 carbs. I'm 10% fat and they work great in my diet, 2x a day or so keeps me going between meals and after. The best flavor is probably peanut, but it's good to mix different varieties so you don't get bored. None of the ones I've tried taste gross or weird. All flavors are real. Buy them for less than $20 and they're a good deal. hunt around
