Review on 🔫 PEET SafeKeeping Dryer & Dehumidifier: Optimal Solution for Gun Safes & Cabinets by Mac Quigley

I bought this to keep the safe dry. I bought it in 2014 and as of writing this 2018 review it still works and keeps our Liberty Fatboy Jr dry. I wanted this at first because Peet is a good brand, I've had one of the shoe dryers for 15-20 years with no problems. Since it's basically a mini version of their shoe dryer, I knew it would do what I needed. I also liked that he goes into a corner. Essentially all electric safe dryers work to generate a small amount of heat, raising the inside temperature of the safe slightly above the outside temperature, thereby repelling water and preventing condensation. Our safe is in a large laundry room with shower that my wife and I use in the mornings (so we don't wake the kids) and it's our wettest room, but for the last four years everything in our safe has been dry and dry safe. I recommend this as well as their shoe dryers, they are simple products that work well and last a long time.
