Suitable for beginners

This purchase was made to replace the needle and cord from my original set which I broke by accidentally sitting on it and the needle and needle shaft went into the cord broke. I have since bought a better set but for example for knitting smaller circles like hats on 16" needles instead of selling a set with shorter needles otherwise I would have to buy a whole different set of accessories I don't need.
