Batteries are defective! Cheap but doesn't work!
The batteries are defective. one is not reloadable and the other only works in certain positions. I want to give your money back. How should I do it? Please tell me. I'm a good customer and I need to do something about it. Thank you - James Meyer. You recently sent me two replacement batteries after I informed you that the original batteries were not working properly.
