This is my third Netvue outdoor camera. You can see my other whites in the background of my photos. I put it under my deck and the black color hides its position much better. I've tried a few more expensive outdoor cameras but these are the best for me. They're really snappy and work great with Alexa. With my Echo Show 5 and 8, I just say "Alexa, show me the deck" and in a few seconds I get live video. I could also use my phone but the Echo would be easier for me. I had a little more trouble connecting them to my wifi than some of my other wireless cameras, but it might be related to my router. The only thing I don't like is the ethernet cables for the wired connection (I don't use them) and I'd really like to turn off the IR lights in the app. The IR radiation is quite strong and reflects off the walls, causing slight distortions at night. I sealed my IR sensors with tape and installed Lifx IR lamps on the deck which work great with my cameras. Overall, I'm VERY happy with them! BTW, on my white cameras I installed them easily by cutting a piece of pole I bought from Lowes for $5, drilled and cut a few holes, attached the cameras to the pole and just pushed them into my soffit have. This might sound like a hack, but it's actually a nice solid fit with no holes in the house.
