This bag is beautiful when it comes to style. Bought the black/white/red version. Well made in terms of durability. The "problem" is that it's SUPER hard to get things out once you put them in. The bag is very rigid and when you open it to really dig in, you hear a popping sound. It appears to be a hard plastic material that holds the shape of the bag. I have other similarly designed bags that are easy to get in and out of, like this one. I was hoping this would be my everyday bag, but it's actually impractical if you're really carrying and needing a lot of stuff. to get in and out of the pocket. Will not be redeemed.
