Pretty Sweet in Chalk Bags

Cons: The bag can be annoying at times as the opening is a bit narrow. If you have big hands I would recommend upgrading to a larger bag. The bag is also thick and stiff, which is great for durability, but it also means the edges can be pretty sharp. There's nothing a nail file or lighter can't fix. Pros: works great. Love the little hitch ball it comes in which makes it easy to use and reduces clutter/waste. The formula is far superior to traditional gym chalk blocks and is easier to apply. Helps prevent blisters. That's when I was training in RawStrength (bench press, dead stand and back with little support equipment, and now only waist straps, knee compressions, or risers allowed - like a lasso style). I used a chalk block provided by my barbell club but wanted to have my own incase that I would work out at home or at another gym after hours. Let me tell you this material is great, it has great grip and really gives you a solid grip. It almost looks like a rubber coating on the palms. I've used it on more than just my palms. I pulled them over my shoulders on squats and over my front thighs on deadlifts to help the bar slide if I got too close to my legs. Honestly, in the summer, I'm a girl who loves short shorts. I like to have some in the car to put on my inner thighs to help with chafing, or even on my feet before putting on shoes that I don't wear socks with to help with chafing but also to to keep them from slipping. .Anyway, if you need a good gymnastics chalk, this material is great.
