Mild sweet taste, almost imperceptible. (I find it so mild that it hardly affects the taste but adds palatability to distilled water.) If you stir it for 20 seconds it will completely dissolve in distilled water, I use a shaker. I received the package, I haven't SEE physical results yet; but I just finished my fourth serving of four servings a day and am feeling significantly more hydrated. (4 x 8 oz servings with KagedMuscle CreaClear VS 6-8, 8 oz servings of different types of drinking water) (disclaimer, I'm just stating: vague routine changes; and note: less desire to eat/drink due to stomach urges, cravings is normal, lips are less cracked - despite "cheerful" winter breeze)
