One size doesn't fit all. maybe it would be true if it was a chin strap and not OSFA. In this case the helmet is too long for me and the guy. It fits snugly around the edges of the face/ears and doesn't move; However, when this plush is worn to the chin, the top exposes the entire forehead. Lowering it so the helmet covers your forehead leaves at least an inch of space between your chin and gear. I suppose if you have a big head that's fine. This serves the purpose, but the closed chin makes it difficult to train chin down. I wish I could return this and invest my money in a different style.
