Terrible product, not satisfied with the purchase!

If you connect an earphone through a 3.5mm jack, then the sound becomes good and the steps also become loud. And the question arises why then buy Hyperx alpha s? it’s better to buy a regular Hyperx alpha than Hyperx alpha s because the sound with the remote control is quiet, only the remote control distinguishes them and that’s it, I thought in alpha s the sound would be better than regular alphas but no reality turned out to be generally different alpha s turned out to be worse with the remote control than Alpha.
When I was going to buy Hyperx Alpa s, I thought you can adjust the sound to your taste in the equalizer, but no.
and for a long time I was looking for a suitable adapter for my earphone in aliexprese, why is there no adapter in the earphone for 10k?
I hope Hyperx you tune your software and I will give 5 stars.

Pros

I just love the look and feel.

Cons

1. "Sound" with the remote control is too quiet, in PUBG and CS GO steps are practically inaudible 2. The hyperx ngenuity beta program does not have an equalizer setting in the program, you can only turn up the volume of the microphone and headphone, why do I need these functions that I have in the remote control and can be configured in Windows without entering the program. Compared to Logitech g pro x there in the program you can adjust everything and the microphone and the equalizer, but in Hyperx cloud alpha s there is nothing like that. 3. There is no adapter in the box, for headphones 10k. And Logitech always has an adapter in the box. 4. 7.1 sound is simply incomprehensible, I turned it on once in a year and then didn’t turn it on at all. The sound becomes too loud and the steps are not at all clear where it comes from.

Has pros: Comfort on the head. You can sit in them for many hours, your head will not get tired Got cons: Sound 7.1 cannot be turned on, the brains will boil.
