I've been a fan and active user of hairdressing for about 5 years. Being from San Diego, I take great pride in using and promoting this local product. However, back then I started a subscription for about $10 and it keeps growing. I've seen it go from 10 to 11, 11 to 12, 12 to 14 and now it has made the biggest jump from $14 to $20. I really can't believe it. I have officially unsubscribed and will no longer use your product due to price gouging. Those of us who sign up don't even get a price increase notification; The subscription only requires more and you will see it on your expense report. You have a great product. But if you don't choose a price that's affordable for your customers, you'll not only lose existing customers, you'll also turn off new ones. I hope you guys reconsider this increasingly greedy trend. It was nice while it lasted. Many Thanks.
