I read a review about a guy who complained about poor manufacture. Well I just went out and bought different sizes of washers. They sent two sets with a chair, one of which was about 16mm overall diameter, the space they had to fit in was only 16mm, so you couldn't leave them lying flat. When I assembled the backrest to the chair, I also had to turn the screws at an angle to push the plastic out of the back a bit. Here I also put on smaller washers and it helped. The lumbar support doesn't support me enough, I'll use a pillow and survive. Also, it leans too much forward for me, which probably causes lumbar support issues as well. I weigh 250 pounds even though I have pretty strong leg muscles. The seat is comfortable and the ability to raise the armrests and footrest is a good thing. Fits perfectly on my drawing table.
