The app has great functionality and can be used for both the client and the agency side of things. The reporting function is very easy to use and allows you to customize your reports in many ways. I have found that the speed at which the updates are made can be slow sometimes, but this may just be due to my internet connection. It is a great tool to keep all of our clients information in one place. The ability to create custom fields for each client makes it easier to keep track of who we are working with.
