The app has great functionality and can be used for both the client and the agency side of things. The reporting function is very easy to use and allows you to customize your reports in many ways. I have found that the speed at which the updates are made can be slow sometimes, but this may just be due to my internet connection. It works in any type of screen, it have an intuitive interface to manage all your fields with one button that you never forget (it's so simple). I use this software for my business but also as personal assistant when traveling or working from home since we are too far away our office building where other team members will be waiting at their desks during normal work hours. It has been very easy to customize my apps with some of our own customizations, which we've needed in order for us it work best as an app that's used by several different departments within one organization! There are certain things about this software I don't like- not being able edit fields or add new ones (custom), having limited customization options available from what you can see when editing your form etc...
