I bought it for my husband, here is his review about it. It heats and warms well, feels good in the hand and does what it promises. It is also easy to control and smooths the beard. The only downside is that he still doesn't want to flatten or straighten the VERY curly hairs he has on the sides of his beard closest to his face. We've tried several beard irons to fix this issue and nothing seems to help. This one works better than any others he's tried as the comb's bristles are the shortest we've found, but it still doesn't smooth out the insanely curled parts closest to his face. He used this and others to get the desired result but never found ONE. The product itself is amazing and at a fair price. Just be aware that if you have a very curly beard, you will need patience to get the desired result!
