My wife uses it to store knitting supplies (mainly yarn) and a few other things. This is extremely useful because the length of the product allows you to store a very large number of things in a very small space in your closet. It doesn't reach to the bottom and leaves enough space for a standard cardboard folder of almost the same width underneath. Very functional, looks well made and we expect it to last a long time. Use it for many purposes - it will probably be something you enjoy. And don't be fooled by the lower price compared to similar offers from other companies - in this case the price is NOT an indicator of quality.
