Great item for your oven! I dreamed about this little gadget for a long time and finally bought it. 👍 I suspected that my oven in my apartment was well over 25-50 degrees, since everything I cooked or baked took much longer than the instructions stated, or because I usually cook something. I had to put things back in for extra time and increase the oven temperature, which was frustrating to say the least. So I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and after 25 minutes I put (hung) this thermometer in the oven. above) and left it there for 30 minutes. Then I checked it and in fact it was 25 degrees lower when I set the oven to 325 degrees. So now I know when I cook/bake something I have to set my oven 25 degrees higher than the advertised temperature should be. Problem solved 🙌
