Good quality charger at an unbeatable price

I use it to charge my homemade battery. It works for 16S applications, which means 16 Li-ion batteries are connected in series. The quality is more than decent, I have not seen anything cheaper. Please check the voltage before purchasing. 16S is not a typical application.
