I had high hopes for this discounted carbon fiber paddle. But it only took 15 seconds to realize it wasn't going to work! The blade and shaft look and feel nice, but they completely CHEAPED OUT on the handle! It literally is like a thin kids toy, it can be pushed in with my thumbs. There is a molded seam right ON TOP OF THE HANDLE. Bad news bears. 5 minutes into paddling with wet hands and your hand would be torn up. Too bad. If they had spent just a few more dollars on the grip it would have been a great deal. Avoid this product if you actually paddle board.
