My wife gave this watch in black to the DR. At first I liked everything, the charge is kept for only a couple of days, this is a big minus of this watch. After a couple of months of use, the floor counter began to act up, it turned out to be a massive problem, I googled the profile forums and don’t believe the Samsung support that says that the problem is not massive, google it yourself. As a result, I took it to the service, since the clock was only a month old, they said that moisture got inside, to the question "how?" - it is not known, the case and the membrane are intact, so they changed the entire circuit board and the back cover, assuring that the watch is still waterproof. But I decided for myself not to go to the pool in them anymore, only to shower and bath, as a result, after 9 months the problem repeated again, only this time they said that I myself, in their opinion, had torn some kind of membrane and denied the guarantee and money back. She doesn't seem to live that long. Wrote a claim to Samsung - they frankly sent me an e-mail. Samsung support is just disgusting. Waterproof is just an advertisement, don't believe it. I do not recommend this watch! My wife has Active 2, everything has been fine with them for a year, I thought about switching to them, but Samsung's attitude towards the client was very disappointing.
