Not shielded, not up to standard. Does not work at USB 2.0 speeds.

The cables are not shielded and therefore do not comply with the USB specification. They cannot be used on Hi-Speed USB (UBS 2) and can transfer data at USB 1.1 speeds. 480 Mbit/s is definitely false advertising. The cables themselves look good so might be ok for charging but I need the data too.
