Nothing in particular as it's been pretty easy for us so far! We've had no issues with any of their features or support services. There isn't much you can do without first asking them directly about their pricing model (which they don’t have listed). If I were looking at other solutions we would look into how well integrated/easy the product was to use versus others. We're using this software primarily to track our project workflow but also tracking employee time spent per week vs what has actually occurred while working on projects.
