Ordered on 12/20/15. Arrived on 01/13/16. The seller was Van Shop and the tools were shipped from Thailand. The tools didn't come in a zip-top bag as others have said, and the instructions are a color printout from the internet (pure-and-simple-healing.com) of a hand and foot reflexology chart; no instructions on how to use each tool, as others have also stated. A google search brought me to a site that explained how to use each of the tools (dot com thaimassagetools).1. One with wheels for face and head.2. Diamond-shaped and that with a series of protrusions, you have to push and roll in your hands.3. The bar is primarily for the legs - use any of the points to get the right angle and pressure. The wand and remaining object are for pressure points on the body - again use one of the points to get the right angle and pressure. The tree is very beautiful. 4 stars only for lack of instructions (never thought I'd squeeze hand tools - which feel surprisingly good - without paying attention to proper use) and because the pin on the wheel tool is broken and the wheels get stuck and won't roll (which also would be great if it worked!).
