Not bad once assembled
As others stated, assembly was a nightmare. Parts not identified and some were missing. Instructions were poor. Had to disassemble one chair because parts weren't labeled and even though the arms looked the same, there is definitely a right and a left. Once assembled, one chair is comfortable but the lumbar bar on the second chair is not aligned properly so uncomfortable. The backs are not adjustable and lean too far back for my liking. All in all, it is a very sturdy set without paying a fortune. I'm happy with it for the price.
