As a very progressive home and personal chef with a food blog, video sites and social media pages, I am constantly working with a variety of products, kitchen utensils and others Subjects. Cross-contamination is a constant threat due to the variety of meats, poultry, fish and foods I work with on the same counters, cutting boards and kitchen appliances. I have used 2-5% bleach in the past. for disinfecting and cleaning tables, cutting boards and utensils, but this requires re-wiping afterwards rather than dealing with specific types of bacteria and viruses that may get into the wiped areas. Clorox and similar wipes also cause pain because while they eliminate a number of problem pathogens and bacteria, surfaces and objects must be subsequently wiped or cleaned again before food is placed on the cleaned surfaces. Dreumex Wipes eliminate all of these problems and have the added bonus of killing Influenza A (bad this year), HIV and 99.99% of other bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella which have proven extremely dangerous in the last year or two have proved . The beauty of these wipes is that you wipe them off and leave them to dry! PERIOD! That's all. No worries about food contact after drying and completely safe to use. Meets Ministry of Health requirements, which is important for home restaurant operations. Easy, simple and very effective. Aside from the kitchen, these wipes are great for a variety of other surface disinfecting and cleaning applications such as toilets, tables and other non-porous surfaces. I rolled out this product at my son's school where a third of the students with influenza A were absent last week and they were struggling to remove all classrooms, tables and chairs to try to contain further spread. (My son was one of those infected and gave it to me too!) Teachers have read the specifications of the Dreumex wipes and are pushing to replace their current method with these wipes across the school district after realizing how effective Dreumex wipes are . Napkins would be overall very happy with the product which saves time. I'm much more comfortable with my large plastic cutting boards after wiping them down than I am with bleach-based products. My level of comfort in the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and safety has improved significantly since using these excellent towels. HIGHLY recommended for all applications that require effective and easy disinfection! A+++
