Review on RetailOps by Matthew Outlaw

I like how it's very customizable so you don't feel limited by certain features or limitations of other systems out there. It was difficult at first getting used to but now its pretty simple! You should definitely try this software if your looking into something new because we are able to use all aspects of our business with no issues what so ever! We were having some problems keeping track of inventory as well as being unable to keep up with customer service requests which has been remedied since using ROPs! Very easy to use. Very intuitive. The reporting is very detailed and the customer support is excellent. I dislike the lack of customization of the product. I would like to be able to make my own rules. I would also like to be able to have more detailed reports. We have been using Retail Ops for several years and it has been an excellent addition to our operation. We have been able to take a lot of data and put it into a very accessible manner.
