This cap felt very small, and it didn't feel durable either (cardboard appearance). I untied the strap completely, but I still felt it pinching my temples. To be honest, my head is pretty big (probably 7 1/2 to 7 3/4 depending on how long I cut my hair). I also tend to wear a hat to death. My hats have to be very durable because I'll wear them in the rain, swim, mow the lawn, and eventually they'll turn ashen and smell like something that needs to be burned or buried. This hat has a cardboard bill and never had a chance.
