Disgusting customer service

Product didn't fit. After two weeks the grip no longer held. I called the supplier twice. No Answer. I ended up having to cut a piece and glue it together to make it stay. Finally after a few weeks they said I could come back for a refund. Explained what happened and asked for corrections. They said they couldn't help. I will never buy from them again.
