Nice swing, ropes not same length

Great, comfy swing. Seems very sturdy. Two stars off due to lack of quality control and not making the ropes the same length. Now the adjustment buckles are different heights and make the swing look off. The black plastic sleeves are permanent and therefore the ropes can't be cut to solve this issue. Can also confirm wood isn't stained for mold.
