Review on 🚰 High-quality Single-Handle Replacement Cartridge - Moen 1225B by Jonathan Roloff

I got this valve after buying another valve on this site which shows solid brass valve. Both photos of the valves show a solid brass valve, while the first one I bought says it's brass. Second one I bought after research showed the 1225b was a solid brass valve. When I got the first one for $16 and thought it was brass it came with a plastic body and brass shaft and it leaked so I sent it back it was 1225. The second 1225b I got here was $19 $ and it was plastic too. Body and brass rod inside. At least it didn't expire. Again, both are shown as copper. They are actually both plastic on the outside and have a brass shaft in the middle. I paid extra both times for something that was falsely advertised. Buy a cheaper version from someone who will show you that the valve is made of plastic on the outside and a brass stem in the middle. I hate the bait and switch games people play on Amazon. Buyer warning!
