It fits perfectly on my '93 Honda Accord.

After 1020 minutes of driving my oil pressure lamp started to light up. I thought it was the "old car syndrome". But my Accord 93 got stuck in the parking lot one day and AAA won't start it either. I went to the local auto service for a diagnosis. They want to charge me $969.87 for labor plus a fuel filter change. Parts listed include 3 parts: distributor, distributor cap and distributor rotor knob for $396.09. Ouch! The spark plug and wire set is an additional $82.68. They want to charge $220 to replace the distributor and spark plug/wire set. Total 698.77. I spent $107.18 on parts plus $110 on diagnostics. $481.59 saved. This item consists of 3 parts, left to right - the distributor cover, the distributor rotor knob and the distributor itself. First you need to look closely at how the existing distributor sits and how all the wires connect to it. Taking a photo/video on a mobile phone is very helpful. Next, remove the cover of the distributor, after removing 3 stains, attach it to the distributor. Five wires are attached to the cover. 4 of them are for spark plugs. Next, remove the distributor after removing the 3 bolts holding it to the engine block. Once removed, gently rotate it so the bracket is facing you. Then remove the two wires attached to the side bracket by pressing the tab to pull them out. At this point, the distributor wires and spark plugs are completely removed from the cylinder block. If you are looking to replace spark plug wires and spark plugs you will need NGK RC-HE62 Wiring Harness Spark Plug Wiring Harness and 4 Spark Plugs 4 PCSNEW - DENSO #4503 PLATINUM TT Spark Plugs - PK16TT . DO NOT remove the wires from the cover. To remove the spark plug from the engine, gently twist the wire. The plug can remain in the socket. If the spark plug comes out with the wires, you're done. If not, you will need a specially designed OEMTOOLS Tools 22887 5/8" 3/8" Magnetic Spark Plug Socket to remove the spark plug. Two of my candles have oil on them. I wipe the outlet with a clean paper towel. Install a new spark plug every time you remove the old spark plug. You need an outlet to tighten the plug. DO NOT overtighten. I apply a small force after tightening the bushing with normal force. To reattach the dispenser, carefully insert it in the same orientation as your old one. It may not be seated properly, you may need to turn the distributor rotor knob on the left to seat properly. Once it is properly seated, there is no seam/gap, screw the screws back in. Leave the screws slightly loose before fully tightening all 3 screws. Now you can attach the two wires to the bracket. Video link, search YouTube for "replacing a distributor on a 1993-2002 Honda Accord with a 2.2 liter engine". Replace the wire one at a time on the cover like it was on the old ones. This Honda Accord Distributor Dismissal Order YouTube video shows the correct distributor wiring.
