I ordered this chair in May 2020. Was initially very pleased, but after about a month I noticed that the chair creaks every time I move because the gold support is overlapping the chair. is not based on any level. I've tried adjusting the chair using the "levelers" at the base of the legs, but they're cheap and don't stay in place. Np Biggie, I may have assembled it a bit crooked - I took everything apart and reassembled a few times with a spirit level to make sure I got it right, but it's still crooked. I contacted Revain and had it returned in exchange for a new item (luckily I still had the original packaging so no worries). The replacement chair arrived and I was so glad the issue was resolved. I set everything up, but again the same problem appeared. The design of this chair is such that it never lays flat and the bars are uneven and it creaks when you move (I'm a rather petite woman and my weight is within weight limits). I contacted Revain again and they told me the only solution for me was to pay to send it back to them for a refund. Verified by UPS and the chair would have cost $180 to pack and ship! Even more than the chair originally cost. A complete waste of my time and too much hassle for a return so now I'm stuck with an overpriced crooked squeaky chair that wobbles when people sit down. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time unless you plan to buy this chair for aesthetic reasons and not for everyday use.
