The quality does not meet expectations, I will not buy any more.

I took it in my hand - it feels like a calculator. Cheap easily soiled plastic on all elements, very small weight (maybe this is an advantage). Even at 15k it doesn't impress. It casts beautifully in the light, but you get used to it very quickly and the sensations from the purchase disappear quickly. P30 was much more interesting. Design in general from the series "nothing special".

I dropped it once without a case and the protective glass on the photoblock immediately cracked. This does not affect the shooting, but the sediment is not pleasant.

I was pleased with the front camera, it is comfortably built in and not noticeable at all, the menu was adapted for it, so it does not take up the working space.

In the camera, only the orientation in the dark pleased me, but coupled with a poor lens, this is of little use (I recommend considering Huawey only with Leica. Although the watering can does not make optics for them, but only software, all the same, co-branded devices are much better in the photo).
Listening to music has never been this manufacturer's forte, but compared to similarly priced counterparts, the sound will do.

The only significant plus is the add-on for android. EMUI is the most attractive and user-friendly operating system on the market.

Overall very disappointed with the purchase. Was a fan and considered Huawei a flagship killer. I was glad that the balance in the market has shifted. I recommended only Huawei devices to all my friends.
I have always been attracted by bright designs, powerful features, shooting functionality packed from the start and, most importantly, an affordable budget.
Now I feel cheated. Friends ask why the photos got worse?
Exclude this particular model from your choice.

Pros

Good design, looks normal in the hand, not ashamed to put on the table in a cafe. Wide display without eyebrows, quite juicy in colors. Fast charging. Very light weight. Adequate and well thought out menu.

Cons

CAMERA! Do not listen to anyone, especially bloggers. Perhaps the PRO version takes pictures, but here the photos are worse than on the P30 lite and even worse than the P9 pro (where there was a project with a watering can). I don’t know where bloggers take these photos in reviews, but you won’t have them for sure. The camera settings are terribly inconvenient, the 48MP lens does not take pictures in all modes, you always need to adjust something. After the ate, the camera switching was removed altogether, now only the aspect ratio, which does not mean anything to an inexperienced user. Personally, I rolled back the firmware and do not ate. Camera AI mode of "Chinese schoolboy mastering photoshop" level. Completely useless feature. The function take a picture and find a product in Chinese retail is clearly for the domestic market and is also useless. Additional camera for microphotography - tear it off and throw it away. Zoom photos on the main camera are better than on this micro lens (obviously a marketing ploy, and as a result, an increase in price). Video with such noises, as if I'm watching a gif. Once again, the camera is simply disgusting, even with professional settings, the photo is worse than any analogue. The aperture function is a frank hack. The aperture takes worse than on the P9 pro. Google Services! The local Chinese app store was quickly pumped over, but you will still feel an acute shortage of programs and constantly feel like a leper. Do not try to buy as a gift for the older generation - you will be cursed. For three days he beat the drum and prayed that the play market would rise (in a pirated way) and in the end everything except GooglePay would work. I don't know for how long. Everyone praised the fingerprint scanner. Don't trust this either, it works so-so. From the first time you will not set it up so that it is trouble-free. FaceID slows down, but for such a budget, of course, you don’t expect anything. The format of the memory card began to make its own. Despite the large amount of native memory, you will have to buy additional media here, so budget another 1500. Your old data will be migrated through a PC.
