I used it for overseas travel earlier this year and it has held up well to multiple overseas and domestic flights, car transfers, trekking, hiking, touring, etc. I carried a few cards, an internal wallet, my passport, an epi pen, lip balm, hand sanitizer, eye drops, lozenges. I literally packed it all up and it was still comfortable to wear thanks to the lightweight, reinforced material and neck padding. It also looks unobtrusive, which is a big plus when traveling. I continued to use it for walking, hiking, and running errands. I liked all the pockets and the external side zip! One of the best travel purchases I've ever made!
