Love it ! Held my Melinois

I have been using this product now for 6 months. LOVE IT! I had it bolted down on a cement slab in the backyard. It was tethering my big malinois dog. If you ever had one of these dogs, then you know they are strong. Yesterday, I arrived home to find my dog in my neighbor's backyard. Yep, the eyelet on the ball had broken off. I pulled up the rest to find only a small amount of rust on the bottom of the base. I live in Southeast Texas where it rains alot and very humid. If your worried about rust, don't be. Anyway, I used amazon site to email the seller and they didnt even hesitate to send me another one. That's right, they apologized for my inconvenience and mailed me a new one the same day! This company really has great customer service and they stand behind there products. I'd definitely recommend this to everyone !
