I have been baking a lot of bread since the pandemic started and found myself damaging granite with a spatula and other tools. I have Bought this board yesterday and it's beautiful Very large perfect for sourdough, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, buns, pizza etc. I bake some form of bread everyday so it gets a lot of use Love the grain, the weight, the quality Haven't used it yet as I had to oil it and let the oil sit for 24 hours but I have to make baguettes on Saturday and will probably make cinnamon rolls tomorrow as we have a family reunion later in the week I'm so excited to make it use it. It's perfect for what I need. I think I'll be using it for the rest of my life. I love it and highly recommend it. UPDATE: I'm now using it to bake bread and B red and i just love it!
