I used this for cookies and they turned out right away. I've used it on baked chicken, doesn't stick or smell like spices in the liner afterwards. I've used it for fried potatoes and onions, so far no smell or stain on the liner. Eventually I only used it for no-bake cookies and it worked the same way as wax paper - better actually as wax paper sometimes gets chipped or torn when peeling off sticky cookies or candy. I just washed it with a soapy cloth and everything came off easily, including the crunchy hash browns and mashed onions. I love them and should have ordered them sooner. I like them better than the silicone earbuds I have. They're fine, but it's harder to use a cookie cutter. This is exactly the size of my old aluminum pans and they now turn into wonderful non-stick pans. Hey!
