Who knew I needed this
I have an ooni Karu and this made cooking pizza so much easier. With a regular peel I kept pushing the pizza to the back of the oven. This turns the pizza with ease, making it cook more evenly and getting a better tasting pizza all around. If you have an ooni I def recommend this. No need to spend the extra money on their brand.
