Received on November 14th and installed the first week of December. It took me a while to figure out how to install it as Revo doesn't have a proper junction box for the Ultra line of products. I have emailed asking for help finding a suitable junction box but have not received a reply. I think they are only good for tech support, not installation support. When I finally installed it the first night it was fogged up and it's Hawaii, and the second day the same. Additionally, this fisheye camera isn't suited to low ceilings of 10ft and below, as the image is so close that it's difficult to see detail even in 4K. I'm sending these back and just buying the Revo Revolving Camera with zoom and sound.
