Review on HireWho by Tommy Rao

I love how easy it is for employers/recruiters (or applicants) can filter results by salary requirements or location they are looking in! It's free too so that definitely helps make this software very valuable when you need an affordable option at times where cost of hiring employees may be high due its current economic climate right now!! Not much dislikes but would like some improvements if possible - maybe add ability to change dates once hired rather than just being able hire today only? Would also prefer less pop up ads which gets annoying after awhile especially during work hours. Very useful feature since we have clients from multiple states across United States therefore sometimes our recruitment process requires us working remotely via phone calls etc.. This application has helped streamline those processes allowing candidates who wish not live locally still qualify since their employer will allow remote access without issue.
