I bought it about a month ago because someone recommended it to me. Well that person is definitely lucky because all I've had with this WD drive has been a headache. The drive arrived corrupted with a dreaded "click of death" when I tried to run it through my hard drive adapter. I thought it might be my adapter but no because I took out the WD Green 1TB from my other computer and it works fine. It connected to the computer perfectly without any clicks. I sent it back, got my money back, went to Fry personally and bought a WD Purple 1TB instead. A little more expensive but the drive works perfectly and I have a Frys guarantee against hard drive failure which is more reassuring than sending a product back in the mail hoping to get your money back.
