I didn't like this product that much. Yes it did remove some of the build up, but after a few uses and cleaning according to directions we were still getting build up and other stuff out of our washing machine. Finally, I disassembled my washing machine, removed the inner tub, and pressure washed both the outer and inner tubs to make sure they were clean. The bottom line is that the time spent on this cycle and then several other cycles attempting to soak was much quicker to disassemble and hand clean.
