Review on πŸŽ‹ Bamboo Citrus Reamer by Norpro - A Neutral Beige Option by Regina Coleman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for small citrus

We have a very old glass juicer that works very well for medium to large citrus but I buy limes in batches when the price is reasonable and we juice them for that freezer storage. The old glass juicer is too wide and too rounded at the top to extract enough juice from the not too juicy limes that we receive in our branches. will be the best. Having not tried any of the others I will stick my head out and say yes this is the best! I like to use bamboo instead of wood and I don't trust plastic or metal. The tip is very sharp. This means I don't have to use a sharp paring knife to cut through each segment to "open up the middle". This gadget is ideal for limes and small lemons sold in our stores. We recently bought a bag of large, very juicy lemons (how they got to our town is a mystery). They were almost the size of a tangerine, and this little reamer was far from perfect, mostly because there was too much pulp stuck to the bamboo flutes. owned this little bamboo citrus reamer many years ago.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
