I think ideally this product is excellent. However, the one I have is terrible. It's almost impossible to slide a piece of paper through the middle, let alone pierce it. After putting a piece of paper/cardboard through (if it crumples), it will pierce the pattern as shown in the picture. However, if it takes 2 minutes or more for a piece of paper or cardboard to slip through without being crushed or damaged before being punched, it is not a very good product. It should be a lot easier than this. I can physically see what the problem with the product is, so I'm inclined to say that the product I received is defective. But if they are all done this way then this is just a terrible product, inefficient and cumbersome. Unfortunately there is nothing the seller can do because it follows Revain's return policy and Revain's return policy states that the item must be unused and unopened and they cannot help you with a refund or replacement if it is a defective product due to the seller/product (no device defect due to damage). on road).
