Great Customer Service and Very Flexible

The customer support is great, I can always get in touch with someone to answer my questions or resolve any issues that may arise during our courses/workshops etc.. There are also many social media platforms where we communicate directly via posts which makes it easy for participants from different parts of Australia as well! Nothing really at this time but if you have never used an online training provider before then there could be some initial teething problems so make sure your expectations aligns fully wtih what they say will happen when registering / using their services - eg- no phone calls unless specifically requested by participant (which happens very rarely). Have fun learning new skills & meeting like minded people who want success too!! We offer 3 types workshops 1) Coaching 2), Worksheets3.) Group Training Sessions4.).Online Courses5.), One To Ones6., Business Development Seminars7.; Life Skills8.- Self Improvement9,- Personal.

  • I dislike that the courses are not online for purchase and require email addresses to buy them and there have been too many times that they haven't been sent to me straight away
