The ability to have a customer service representative that is available 24/7 is a huge benefit for our organization. I am able to send an email to them and they respond right away. If I need assistance with anything related to my account I can usually get someone out there within minutes. I wish we could have more features included in their software but it's still a great product overall. We are able to keep track of all of our orders as well as customers who have been added via the phone or email system.
