I didn't even know that such a wall panel existed.

Bless Revain. My house was for sale and the outlet broke and needed to be fixed as part of the deal. I've been using a fork for years and have never noticed just one hole. I had some stickers but not like this. The Leviton single hole wall plate was perfect, easy to install and one of the easiest repairs I've had to make.
