Review on 🪒 1805 Shaving Cream Bowl by Truefitt & Hill - Smooth Glide for a Hydrating and Close Shave (6.7 ounces) by Stephanie Webb

Like many others, I started using Taylor of Old Bond Street Shaving Cream Sandalwood 5.3 oz when I first started wet shaving. Love having a wide range of soaps and creams (I only have enough to last 10 years, that's a big surprise!) Sandalwood scented. All I can say is WOW. This product smells NOTHING like TOBS Sandalwood, it actually smells a lot more like a perfume cream, in fact I'm not sure I smell much Sandalwood (as Proraso Red). Now I love TOBS Sandalwood, but for some reason this Truefitt & Hill perfume is just intoxicating! I like it so much that I catch myself sniffing the container in the bathroom. Using a good Badger or Plissoft brush, create a generous lather with this cream. For some reason I couldn't get my Semogue 830 Premium boar bristles to work with this cream, I'm not sure what it is but it just ate the foam. This does not apply to my Silver Tip, just give the tips a little twist in the tub and I have a foam bowl full of thick and luxurious goodness! If you are not a fan of perfumes/colognes I strongly recommend you buy this cream, you are probably best with TOBS. If, like me, you don't like the scent that the King of England might have worn back then, you should try it!
