Buy. Even if you live in Florida (which I do, but I haven't worn them here). As for the price, I wasn't sure these things would do for a week-long trip to Europe in January, but I was impressed. The material is nice and thick and the cut/style is exactly as pictured. There were a few small quarter inch threads that came loose on the inside of both the hat and scarf, but the price more than makes up for that. As I said, I've worn them for a week in a row in January weather in three different countries with no further problems. Good product.
