Broke after wearing twice

I put it on twice and the circle that connects to the clasp came loose. Such a bummer because all the other reviews were great. Wanted to buy more lengths if that works :/

Pros

It wasn't as long as advertised, it was actually 16 inches.

Cons

The design of the Italian box chain may not appeal to every fashion taste, which limits its appeal.
